Charity food stall & Tabligh Exhibition at village fair in Oxshott on 4th MAY 2015 by Majlis West Hill & Mosque East.

Majlis Ansarullah UK never leaves any stone unturned to spread the message of Islam Ahmadiyyat to the general public. Majlis West Hill & Mosque East capitalized another opportunity and organized a Tabligh Exhibition alongside a food stall in Oxshott Village Annual Fair. This was another way to attract people to the Tabligh stalls. All income from food stall was to be donated to Ansarullah Charity Walk 2015.

An Exhibition stall was organized by Majlis Mosque East in the fair ground. Tabligh banners and prominent books of the Jamaat were also displayed. A table was set for FREE LITERATURE which included many leaflets and books.
With Tabligh Exhibition a Food stall was held by Majlis west hill, event started with the BBQ, the smell and smoke attracted people and it was not long after there was a very long queue at our BBQ. The people of Oxshott enjoyed the BBQ very much. We sold out stock well before the finishing time of the event. We were able to raise about £245 for the Ansar charity event. Ansar actively participated in this event.

About 150 people  and bought food. Many more, around 35 peoples had good discussion with our Ansar and seen the Exhibition stall and took interest in and other literature.

Visitors                    3500

Free literature        1200

Pathway to peace   15

Other books:           10

This combination of BBQ and Exhibition at one time was a very successful idea. 17 Ansar from both Majalis and five from region along with Zaeem sb Aala participate in the event. Mr Shakil Ahmad Butt, Qaid Tabligh and his naib Mr Naeem sidiq visits from centre.

May Allah Bless all those Ansar who actively participated in the event. Sh Asfaq sb Muntazim Isaar, London Region, needs special prayers as it was his tasty BBQ that stole the show.
