8th Annual Ijtema Majlis Ansarullah Bolton Northwest 2026

On Saturday, 4th April 2026, Majlis Ansarullah Bolton successfully held its 8th Annual Ijtema at Baitul Aziz Mosque, Bolton. By the grace of Allah, the event was well attended and spiritually uplifting, bringing together 42 Ansar from across Bolton.

The day began early with the congregational Tahajjud prayer, followed by Dars-ul-Qur’an, setting a spiritual tone for the event. After breakfast and registration, the formal proceedings commenced at 9:15am. The opening session was chaired by Regional Nazim-e-Ala Ansarullah, Dr. Ijaz Ahmed Sahib. The programme included Tilawat, pledge, and Nazm, followed by an inspiring address on the Ijtema theme, “Darood o Istighfar”. The session concluded with a silent prayer.

Sports activities then took place, encouraging teamwork and brotherhood among participants. Competitions included badminton doubles, football, penalty shootouts, sprint races, and tug of war.

Following Zuhr and Asr prayers, Murabbi Silsila Adeel Ahmed Sahib delivered a detailed talk during the Zikr-e-Habib session, further elaborating on the theme of the Ijtema.

The afternoon continued with a range of academic competitions such as Tilawat, Nazm, prepared and extempore speeches, as well as interactive activities including Chinese whisper and observation tests. A Talim-ul-Qur’an quiz was also organised, promoting religious knowledge in an engaging manner.

The concluding session was chaired by Naib Nazim-e-Ala Ansarullah North West, Mubashir Khalid Sahib. The Zaeem of Majlis Ansarullah Bolton presented the Ijtema report, followed by a prize distribution ceremony recognising participants’ efforts and achievements. The event concluded with an address and silent prayer.

Alhamdulillah, the Ijtema was a great success, strengthening faith, unity, and brotherhood among members. May Allah enable all participants to continue serving Majlis Ansarullah and the Jama’at with dedication. Ameen.
