The preparation of the Ilmi rally started four weeks earlier with plan and booking of the venue by Atta-ul Manan Sidhu sahib (serving as Nazim Taleem Fazal Region).
The proposal for the syllabus of the Ilmi rally was presented by Regional Nazim Taleem to Nazim-e-Alla Fazal Region for approval which was graciously approved, followed by the detailed plan.
The syllabus was then presented to Qaid Sahib Taleem who graciously approved it. We are greatly humbled and thankful for the continuous guidance of national Qaid Taleem (Raja Burhan Ahmad Sahib) regarding preparation and finalising the syllabus and to hold the program in the best manner.
This was followed by the regional Amila meeting where the plan was discussed in detail with all Zoama and brief of the assignment of duties was prepared. The attendance campaign was initiated with Nazim-e-Alla sahib being the lead.
As soon as the action to inform all Ansaar of Fazal region started a poster was finalised and distributed with the syllabus highlighted, this was then distributed with regular campaigns through WhatsApp messages and phone calls, the Zoama then contacted the Ansaar of their respected Majaallis for maximum participation through distributing messages and making phone calls.
The program of the day was to conduct extempore speech competition and Bait-Bazi, for the formal the syllabus was two books of the promised Messiah (as) the Lecture Sialkot and Lecture Ludhiana and for the later was Dur-e-Samin, Kalam-e-Mahmood, Kalam-e-Nasir, Kalam-e-Tahir and Dur-e-Adan. Then there was an individual quiz competition where individual Ansaar were asked questions from the congregation and prizes were given to each Nasir with correct answer.
Each Majlis was allotted a table where their Ansaar sat together, each Majlis was given a portion of the writing of the Promised Messiah (as) from those two books mentioned above. the portion of the writing was carefully selected to make sure the topic is fully explained, and the subject matter is fully discussed on one page, this was then distributed to each team in time intervals.
The Majalis were then given 15 minutes each to prepare for a speech and one Nasir will present speech on their Majlis’s given topic on the stage; the winner speech will get the prize for the whole team.
The program started in the presence of Murrabi Silsila Tahir Mahdi Sahib with Tilawatand translation, Ansar’s Pledge, followed by the speech by Nazim Taleem Fazal Region (Atta-Ul Manan Sidhu Sahib) on the topic “the style and the exemplary writings of the Promised Messiah (as) and summary of the books Lecture Sialkot and Lecture Ludhiana.
The winner for extempore speech competition this year was Inner Park with their speaker Wahadullah Javed Sahib.
The winner for the Bait-Bazi competition was Mosque West.
The Ilmi rally was enjoyed by every participant with really good feedback received, especially the format of the program was liked due to its engaging and insightful content. We gave 60% of participants a prize which was supported by Nazim-a-Ala sahib so to make sure most Ansar feel valued.
The final session was chaired by Naib Sadr Ansarullah UK(Shakeel Ahmad Butt Sahib), Who presented the position holders with Prizes and highlighted the importance of repeating the prescribed prayers announced by Hazrat Khalifa-Tul Masih in Khutba Jhuma last year.

The photography &posters were prepared and printed by Shafqat Mahmood Sahib and the decoration of the hall was done by the Regional Amila. At the end before Zuhr prayer the refreshment was served by Inamullah Tahir Sahib and Rana Nasir Ahmad Sahib.
