The Annual Ijtema of Majlis Ansarullah BF South was held on Sunday, 1st February 2026 at Scouts Hall, Baitul Futuh, under the blessings of Allah the Almighty. The theme of this year’s Ijtema was Durood and Istighfar, highlighting the importance of sending salutations upon the Holy Prophet ﷺ and seeking forgiveness from Allah in a believer’s daily life.
Preparation for the Ijtema:
Preparations began several weeks in advance. An Ijtema Committee, chaired by Zaeem Majlis Sahib, conducted four meetings to organize and finalize arrangements. Every Nasir was informed well ahead of time to ensure maximum participation. Banners were displayed, and Majlis Activities Reports (covering August to December 2025) were prepared for public display alongside a Quran Exhibition, allowing attendees to reflect on the teachings and beauty of the Holy Quran.

Opening Session:
The Ijtema commenced after Zuhr/Asr prayers, with registration starting at 1:45 PM. The opening session began at 2:00 PM, attended by 31 Ansar brothers, and was chaired by Maulana Naseem Ahmad Bajwa Sahib (Regional Missionary, Baitul Futuh).
The session began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by its Urdu and English translations, providing attendees a moment of spiritual reflection. This was followed by a beautiful Nazm. Maulana Naseem Ahmad Bajwa Sahib delivered the opening speech on the theme of Durood and Istighfar, inspiring attendees to strengthen their spiritual practices. The opening session concluded with silent prayers, and refreshments were served afterward.
Academic and Sports Competitions:
Following the refreshments, the Ijtema proceeded with Academic and Sports competitions, designed to develop both intellectual and physical skills.
Academic Competitions:
The academic contests included Nazm, Tilawat, and Prepared Speeches in English and Urdu. The competitions were judged by Shahzad Ahmed (Murabbi Silsila) and Sheikh Rafiq Ahmad Tahir Sahib, allowing participants to demonstrate knowledge, eloquence, and spiritual understanding.
Sports Competitions:
Sports activities included Hit Wicket, Kalai Pakadna, and Dart Board, supervised by Tahir Ahmad Sahib and Ikram Ullah Bhatti Sahib. These activities encouraged teamwork, healthy competition, and fostered unity and enjoyment among the participants from Saf e Awwal and Saf e Doem.
Final Session:
The final session began at 4:10 PM, chaired by Respected Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib, with Dr Tayyab Mansoor Sahib (Nazim e Ala, Baitul Futuh) also in attendance.
The session commenced with Tilawat with translation, and the pledge led by Sadr Sahib, followed by a Qaseeda recitation with translation. Subsequently, the Ijtema Report was presented by Shakeel Ahmad Sahib (Secretary Ijtema), highlighting the day’s activities and achievements.
The Prize Distribution Ceremony followed, recognizing participants in the academic and sports competitions.
• Certificates of Excellence were presented to deserving Amila members.
• Certificates of Welcome were presented to new members who recently joined Ansarullah from Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya.
• Certificates were awarded to Ansar brothers over the age of 75, honoring their service and dedication.
The session concluded with a final speech by Sadr Majlis Sahib, emphasizing the theme of the Ijtema, Durood and Istighfar, and its importance in spiritual development and daily life. The Ijtema concluded with silent prayers, followed by group photos with Sadr Sahib, and homemade food was served.
Homemade Food was prepared by Muzaffar Ahmad Sb and his team.
Attendance:
A total of 38 Ansar brothers attended the Ijtema out of 48 members. (81.76% Attendance)
• 6 submitted apologies for their absence.
• 4 were absent without prior notice.

Conclusion:
The Ijtema was a spiritually uplifting and successful event, providing meaningful opportunities for reflection, education, and fellowship.
