Background & Planning
The initial plan for this event was formulated approximately three weeks in advance by Nazim-e-Ala Tahir Region, in collaboration with Qiadat Rishta Nata. Mahmood Hall at Fazl Mosque was formally booked for this purpose.

A joint letter seeking guidance and prayers was respectfully written to Huzoor-e-Anwar (aba) by both the Nazim-e-Ala and Nazim Rishta Nata. Following this, a complete and detailed plan was presented to Haider Javaid Sahib, Qaid Tarbiat Rishta Nata. After receiving approval, an official flyer was shared with all Southern Regions’ Nazmeen-e-Ala and Nazmeen Rishta Nata.
Arrangements were further discussed in Zauma and Aamila meetings, and a dedicated team was formed to ensure the smooth execution of the programme.
