Alhamdulillah, an IJTEMA Review Meeting was held at Baitul Futuh Tahir Hall last Sunday. The session commenced at 2:00 PM after Zuhar with the National Amla Meeting, attended by Key Ijtema Office bearers from across the Majlis

IJTEMA Red Book Review Session
Following Zohar, the IJTEMA Red Book Meeting began. This session focused on analysing the outcomes, statistics and learning points from the recent National IJTEMA.

Presentation of Facts, Stats & Progress
The report was presented using engaging graphs, charts, and visual comparisons, highlighting:
- Attendance over several years
- Demographic breakdowns
- Arrival time patterns
- Trends showing growth and improvement across key areas
Muzaffar Ahmed Bhatti Sahib led the data presentation, providing valuable insights on attendance demographics and patterns.

Throughout the session, questions were taken from the audience, and several interesting facts, observations, and learning points were shared. The interactive nature of the discussion ensured a productive and reflective review of the event.
The program was honoured with the presence of Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, Respected Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib, who presided over the proceedings.
He was accompanied by all members of the IJTEMA Organising Committee, and the meeting was spearheaded by Nazim-e-Ala IJTEMA, Okasha Ahmad Sahib.
Sadr Sahib delivered a comprehensive address in which he highlighted:
- The overall progress demonstrated this year
- The dedication and sacrifices offered by Ansar
- The success of various IJTEMA activities
- Positive feedback from participants
- Areas requiring further improvement
- Acknowledgement of the regions and volunteers who undertook the challenging parking duties, Alhamdulillah
His remarks reinforced the spirit of service, unity, and continuous improvement.

Lunch
A pleasant lunch was served after the session, providing an opportunity for Amla members and volunteers to interact, exchange ideas, and strengthen mutual ties. Alhamdulillah, the atmosphere remained warm and brotherly throughout.



Conclusion
The meeting concluded at 4:30 PM with collective appreciation for all departments, volunteers, and organisers who contributed to the success of this year’s IJTEMA. The discussions, feedback, and guidance shared will Insha’Allah help further elevate the standard of future events.
