In accordance with the instructions of the Respected Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, all regions were directed to organise Educational /Taleem Seminars. In fulfilment of this guidance, Majlis Ansarullah West Midlands and Majlis Ansarullah Wales & South West jointly organised a Taleem Seminar on Sunday, 21 December 2025, at the newly constructed Baitur Raheem Mosque, Cardiff.
This joint programme provided an excellent opportunity for Ansar from the West Midlands to visit the new mosque, benefit from a structured educational programme, and strengthen regional brotherhood.
Journey & Attendance
The West Midlands delegation departed Birmingham after offering Fajr Prayer. Following Sadaqah and silent prayer led by the Murabbi Sahib at Darul Barkat Mosque, Birmingham, Ansar from various Majalis began their journey. Additional participants joined from Baitul Ghafoor Mosque, Dudley, West Midlands.
Travel arrangements included one 53-seater coach and four 7-seater vehicles, with refreshments provided during the journey. By the grace of Allah, the convoy arrived in Cardiff well before time.
Total attendance of Ansar Brothers from the West Midlands Region was 77.
Programme Proceedings
The seminar commenced promptly at 11:00 AM and was chaired by Respected Raja Burhan Ahmed Sahib, Qaid Taleem, who warmly welcomed the visiting delegation. Following Tilawat-e-Qur’an and Nazm, Nazime’Aala West Midlands, Respected Rafiq Saleh Nasir Sahib, delivered an enlightening presentation titled:
“The Titles of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an.”
This was followed by:
- A presentation on Tarbiyyat & Fostering, delivered by the Naib Qaid Ta’lim
- A presentation on the history and significance of Baitur Raheem Mosque, Cardiff, by Nazime’Aala Wales & South West
Ansar actively participated through a structured Q&A session, contributing to a thoughtful and engaging educational environment.
Prayers & Hospitality
The programme concluded at Zuhr Prayer, followed by a silent prayer led by the Qaid Sahib. Zuhr and Asr prayers were offered in congregation.
Thereafter, a delicious meal was served, followed by tea, allowing further informal interaction and brotherly discussion.
Conclusion
Alhamdulillah, the joint Taleem Seminar was highly successful, spiritually uplifting, and well-organised. The event strengthened inter-regional ties and fulfilled the objectives set by Respected Sadr Sahib, Ansarullah UK.
The West Midlands delegation then began the return journey and, by the grace of Allah, reached their respective destinations safely.
May Allah continue to bless such initiatives and enable Majlis Ansarullah to grow in knowledge, unity, and service. Ameen.
