West Midlands Region Performance Overview 2025
A structured performance overview of the West Midlands was presented by Respected Rafique Saleh Nasir Sahib, Nazime’Aala West Midlands. Key achievements, ongoing initiatives, departmental progress, and areas requiring improvement were outlined transparently before Sadr Sahib and the National Amila.
This comparative review provided clarity, accountability, and direction for the months ahead.

Introduction of Regional Amila Teams
Both Regional Amila teams were formally introduced to Sadr Sahib and the National Amila. Each Nazim had the opportunity to briefly outline departmental objectives and challenges.
A particularly valuable aspect of the programme was the opportunity for Regional Nazimeen to personally meet their respective National Qaideen. Direct interaction allowed for practical guidance, clarification of expectations, and alignment of regional plans with national priorities.
