🕌 Regional Ijtema – Majlis Ansarullah Scotland 2025
With Allah’s blessings, Majlis Ansarullah Scotland held its Regional Annual Ijtema on Sunday, 18th May 2025.
The central theme for this year’s Ijtema was:
“Belief in the Unseen”
📅 Pre-Ijtema Activities
To prepare for the Ijtema, an Ijtema Committee was formed well in advance. A promotional campaign was launched across all Majalis in the Scotland region, including:
- Glasgow
- Glasgow South
- Edinburgh
The local Zuma of each Majlis diligently contacted members and shared the syllabus and program schedule for the Ijtema.
🏆 Sports Competitions
In the days leading up to the Ijtema, various sports competitions were held to foster brotherhood and physical fitness among the Ansar. Events included:
- 🏸 Badminton (Singles & Doubles)
- 🏓 Table Tennis (Singles & Doubles)
- ⚽ Football
- 🏃 100-Meter Sprint
- 🏋️ Shot Put
- 🤼 Tug-of-War
