Majlis Morden Park – Annual Local Ijtema 2025 Report

Attendance
Alhamdulillah, out of a total of 36 Ansar out of 60 attended, which is 60% of the Tajneed.
Ijtema Committee
For this year’s Ijtema, all members of the Majlis Amila served as part of the Ijtema Committee.
Special recognition to Rafique Minhas Sahib, who was given the opportunity to serve as Nazim A‘ala Ijtema by Zaeem Majlis Morden Park.
Preparation & Planning
Preparations began in February 2025, starting with finalising the date and booking the venue.
Several meetings were conducted:
- 🟢 2 core team meetings
- 🟢 Multiple Ijtema Committee meetings
To ensure success, a letter was written to Huzoor Aqdas (aba) requesting prayers, and a dua request was also made via telephone.
Promotion & Outreach
Efforts to promote the Ijtema included:
- 📩 Printed invitation letters to each Nasir
- 📱 WhatsApp reminders and countdown posters (last 10 days)
- 📞 Personal phone calls by Ijtema Committee members
- ☎️ Final phone calls by Zaeem Majlis the day before Ijtema
Theme & Academic Competitions
Theme: ایمان بالغیب (Belief in the Unseen)
The academic competition syllabus followed the National Syllabus provided by Qiādat Ta‘leem Majlis Ansārullah UK, and was shared with all Ansar.
Setup & Proceedings
Setup began on Saturday, 26th April 2025 (a day before).
The Ijtema started on the day with:
- 📝 Registration
- ☕ Light refreshments and tea available throughout the day
Conclusion
Alhamdolillah, the event was well-organised, with strong attendance and dedicated efforts by all members. May Allah accept everyone’s efforts and continue to bless the Majlis.
