The event was chaired by Naib Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, Respected Lutfur Rehman Sahib. Qaid Taleem, Fazal Ahmed Tahir Sahib, and Muavin Sadr, Mansoor Ahmed Khan Sahib, were also present.
The programme began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, along with Urdu and English translation.
This was followed by the Ansarullah Pledge, led by the Naib Sadr Majlis Ansarullah.
Address by Naib Sadr Majlis
Naib Sadr Sahib explained the system and importance of Majlis Ansarullah to newly joined Ansar from Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya. He highlighted how responsibilities increase after becoming a Nasir.
Regional Nazim-e-Ala’s Briefing
Regional Nazim-e-Ala Sahib explained the organisational hierarchy of Majlis Ansarullah, from the national level down to local Majalis. He also introduced regional amla Northwest to all new Ansar. Four new Ansar brothers who attended the event and joined our Majlis introduced themselves to all Ansar present with their background.
Regional Nazim e ala sb then delivered a powerPoint presentation explaining the structure and function of Ansarullah highlighting various initiatives undertaken by Ansarullah in terms of teaching and training, Talim ul Quran, Ansarullah Chanda Jaat, BoP. He emphasised the importance of setting up the standing order for Majlis chanda and BoP. Nazim e aala reminded all Ansar to cooperate zoama, Muntazmeen, Nazmeen, and Saiqeen Majlis. He then introduced all members of regional amla to the audience.
*National Taleem Plan*
Quaid sahib Taleem presented the national taleem plan for the year, stressing the importance of reading taleem syllabus with passion so we go near to Allah. He emphasised the importance of doing taleem papers thoughtfully rather than copying from others. He encouraged Ansar to study relevant syllabus books and assigned material before completing the taleem paper.
*Health Talk*
One of our lead practising GP, Dr. Shoaib Umar Sahib delivered a very informative talk emphasising the importance of maintaining good health and recognising early signs of chronic and serious illness and seeking prompt help so early diagnosis and treatment can be instigated. He also reminded all ansar to stay in regular contact with their GP, especially when a message is received via text. He also reminded 65 plus Ansar to get vaccinations such as shingles, flu, and pneumonia. Also, use the NHS online services if anyone struggles to get hold of GP via phone. He encouraged members to pick up the signs of any changes in their health and seek prompt help from GP.
A video explaining the importance of various exercises that all ansar should undertake on a regular basis was shown, which was liked by many.
In the new Ansar packs contains chanda calculator and standing order forms were delivered to new Ansar.
Zuhar and Asr prayers were offered at 1:45pm and then delicious dinner was served.
Finaly, few Ansar brothers shared their faith inspiring stories, specifically few members shared that how they converted to Islam Ahmadiyyat and event was concluded at 3:00pm.
Overall 110 Ansar brothers participated from all 10 Majalis. May Allah give his blessings to all organizers and participants of event and enable all of us to serve Ansarullah with best of our capabilities. Ameen.
