Ijtema Planning
Planning for the Baitul Futuh Majlis Ansarullah Local Ijtema began in mid-February 2026.
Mohammad Kaleem Sahib was appointed as Nazim A’la Ijtema and proceeded to book the Scouts Hall at Baitul Futuh for the event scheduled on Sunday, 22nd March 2026.
An invitation email was also sent to respected Qaid Umoomi Sahib to invite Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK.
The First Ijtema Committee Meeting was held on 09/03/2026.
The Second Ijtema Committee Meeting was held on 11/03/2026.
The Third Ijtema Committee Meeting was held on 21/03/2026.
Responsibilities were assigned across various areas including setup and wind-up, arranging stationery and banners, food service, prizes, sports, academics, arranging judges, and photography.
Nazim Sahib liaised with Hameed Sahib who prepared the food for this event.
Respected Naib Sadr, Mahmood Sahib was requested to attend the opening session, which he graciously accepted.
Saaiqeen were assigned a set of members and they approached members by calling each of them.
Ijtema Day
The Ijtema day began with the offering of Tahajjud prayer in congregation at Baitul Futuh.
The prayer was led by our local Murabbi, Fazal Umar Sahib.
A letter was also written to Huzur (ABA) seeking prayers for the success of the local Ijtema, and Sadaqah was duly offered.
Registration & Refreshment
Registration commenced at 1:30 PM.
Upon arrival, members were welcomed and served tea, coffee, and fruits.
Opening Session
Time: 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM
The programme commenced with Tilawat, followed by its Urdu and English translation, the Pledge, and a Nazam.
An opening address was delivered by Muhammad Mahmood Khan Sahib (Naib Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK).
The session concluded with silent prayers.
We also had the opportunity of hearing brief speeches from Qaid Taleem Quran and Qaid Maal regarding their departments.
Academic Competition
Time: 03:00 PM – 03:45 PM
The academic segment included Nazam, Tilawat, and Prepared Speeches in both English and Urdu, based on the prescribed syllabus.
Two judges were present for the academic competitions:
- Mahmood Wardi Sahib
- Fazal Umar Sahib
Sports Competition
Time: 03:30 PM – 04:10 PM
Sports competitions included:
- Hit Wicket
- Dart Boards
- Arm Wrestling
Prize Distribution
Prize distribution was conducted by Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib (Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK).
Time: 04:15 PM – 04:25 PM
Final Session
Time: 04:30 PM – 05:20 PM
The final session included:
- Tilawat with translation
- Nazam
- Pledge
Majlis Report was presented by Kaleem Shah (Zaeem Majlis).
The concluding address and silent prayers were delivered by Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib (Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK).
Attendance Report
A total of 37 members attended the Local Ijtema Baitul Futuh.
Additionally:
- 4 Khuddam attended with their fathers
- 5 Atfal attended with their fathers
- 1 Nau Mubeen attended the Ijtema and met Sahibzada Mian Waqas Ahmad Sahib
Total Tajneed: 50

Conclusion
Alhamdulillah, the Ijtema concluded successfully.
Ansar brothers participated with great enthusiasm in both academic and sports competitions, contributing to an enjoyable and well-organised event.
We were privileged to have Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK preside over the final session of the Ijtema.
We extend our sincere thanks to Naib Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK for chairing the opening session.
We are also grateful to Qaid Taleem-ul-Quran and Nazim-e-A’la Sahib for their valued presence at the Ijtema.
Finally, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all Ijtema Committee members for their dedication, commitment, and hard work in ensuring the success of this event.
