By the Grace of Allah, we successfully conducted several activities during the Tabligh Ashra. Here is a detailed report of our endeavours:
Tabligh Ashra Committee Meeting

Planned Activities
We decided to organize an Eid celebration stall along with a Tabligh Stall and a Quran Exhibition. Invitations were extended to neighbours and guests. The event took place on 21st April at three different locations.
Assigned Duties
Invitation to Neighbours and Food Container Labels:

- Menu: Chicken Biryani, Vegetable Rice, chocolates, drinks, biscuits, coffee, and tea
- Location: Central Road (Rizwan Sheikh’s home)
- Cooking In-charge: Muzaffar Ahmad Sb
- Team Members: Qamar Ahmad Mirza Sb, Mohammad Zahid Khan Sb
- Cooking Start Time: 8:00 AM
Setup and Windup:
- Setup In-charge: Basharat Saeed Sb

- Activities included setting up gazebos, banners, Quran exhibition, Tabligh stalls, and Eid celebration tables.

- Total Guests: 15 (10 guests at the stall, 5 neighbours visited at home)
- Activities: Provided chocolates, biryani, chicken, veg, and Quran exhibition discussion.
Location 2: Rosedene Avenue
- Total Guests: 25 (15 guests at the stall, 10 neighbors visited at home)
- Activities: Provided chocolates, biryani, chicken, veg, and Quran exhibition discussion.
Location 3: Central Road
- Total Guests: 60 (30 guests at the stall, 30 neighbors visited at home)
- Activities: Provided chocolates, biryani, chicken, veg, and Quran exhibition discussion.
- Additional: Distributed 2 Qurans to guests.

Summary
In the month of April 2024, we organized a total of 7 city stalls and 5 village stalls. The preparation and execution of the Eid Celebration were meticulously planned and efficiently carried out, ensuring a successful event.
We are grateful for the support and participation of all the members, and we look forward to continuing our efforts in spreading the message of Islam.
