Part of Ijtema Event on Sunday, 2nd June 2024
29 Ansar participated in a cycling event at Richmond Park.
The theme of this year’s Ijtema was “Ibade Salahoon.” The day began with Tahajjud prayers at three centers. Registration started at 1 PM, followed by the opening session at 2 PM after Zohar prayers at Fazal Mosque. Respected Shakeel Butt Sahib, Naib Sadr Majlis Ansarullah, chaired the opening session. Respected Imam Attaul Mujeed Rashid Sahib delivered an admirable spiritual speech on the theme “Ibade Salahoon.”
Academic competitions were held at 3 PM, with Ansar participating in the following categories:
- Tilawat
- Nazam
- Speech
- Extempore speech
- Taleem-ul-Quran Quiz
- Bait Bazi (Poetry)
- Pegham Rasani (Message relay)
After refreshments, Asr Nimaaz was offered at Fazal Mosque.
Closing Session
The closing session started at 6:30 PM, chaired by Respected Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib, Sadr Majlis Ansarullah. The session began with Tilawat, the Ansarullah Pledge, and Nazam, followed by the Ijtema report presented by Nazm-e-Ala Ijtema. Respected Sadr Sahib Majlis Ansarullah concluded his speech after the prize distribution. Dinner was served following the Sadr Sahib’s speech.
Total attendance was recorded as 159 Ansar and 13 guests.
