Alhamdulillah, Majlis Baitul Futuh South organized a Local Quran Quiz Competition on Monday, 11th November 2024, at 7:00 PM at Baitul Futuh Mosque. The event saw a total attendance of 11 participants. The quiz was led by Nazim Taleemul Quran, Tanveer Tabasum Sahib. Three members were selected to represent the Majlis in the Regional Quran Quiz Competition: Rafiq Tahir Sahib, Chaudhry Nas Ahmad Nasir Sahib, and Zareef Ahmad Sahib.

Prior to the quiz, Rafiq Ahmad Tahir Sahib delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of learning the Holy Quran, which set a spiritually uplifting tone for the event.

Regional Quran Quiz Competition
The Regional Quran Quiz Competition was held on Sunday, 17th November 2024, at 1:30 PM after Zuhr and Asr prayers at Baitul Futuh Mosque. Two participants from Majlis Baitul Futuh South took part in the competition, though Rafiq Ahmad Tahir Sahib was unable to attend due to being abroad. Zareef Ahmad Sahib from our Majlis was selected to participate in the National Taleemul Quran Quiz Competition, scheduled for 8th December 2024 at Baitul Ehsan.

General Meeting Highlights
In conjunction with these events, Majlis Baitul Futuh South held a general meeting where Shakeel Ahmad Sahib delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of learning and reciting the Holy Quran.

Daily Quran Recitation Progress
Alhamdulillah, over 80% of Ansar brothers, along with their children, from our Majlis recite the Holy Quran daily. The remaining members recite 3–4 times a week. We continue to encourage all members to make daily recitation a part of their routine. Insha’Allah, we will persist in these efforts to enhance our collective connection with the Holy Quran.

Zoom Quran Classes
Efforts are underway to improve attendance for the Regional and National Taleemul Quran classes conducted on Zoom. Attendance is steadily improving, and the Majlis is committed to sustaining this progress.

We pray for the continued success of these initiatives and for all participants as they prepare for the National Taleemul Quran Quiz Competition.
