Alhamdulillah, with the Grace and Mercy of Allah the Almighty, Majlis BF South successfully organised an Ansar Get-Together General Meeting on Sunday, 26th April 2026, after Zuhr prayers at Morden Recreation Ground. The programme was held from 02.00 PM to 04.30 PM and provided a valuable opportunity for Ansar brothers to come together in a relaxed, brotherly and spiritually uplifting environment.
The main purpose of the gathering was to strengthen brotherhood, improve communication among members, encourage greater participation in Majlis activities, and provide an opportunity for Ansar brothers to spend quality time together.
Alhamdulillah, around 27 Ansar brothers and 7 Atfal attended the programme. The attendance and participation were very encouraging, and all members enjoyed the positive and welcoming atmosphere of the gathering.
General Meeting
The General Meeting provided an opportunity for Ansar brothers to sit together, discuss Majlis matters, and strengthen the spirit of unity and brotherhood within Majlis BF South.
During the gathering, Ansar brothers had friendly discussions and gup-shup with one another. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and members were able to share their experiences, thoughts and suggestions in a relaxed setting.
The meeting also helped encourage further participation in future Majlis programmes and activities. Ansar brothers appreciated the opportunity to meet in person, spend time together, and strengthen their connection with the Majlis.
Brotherhood and Spiritual Environment
Alhamdulillah, the programme created a very positive and brotherly environment. Ansar brothers took part in meaningful conversations, story-telling sessions, and Imaan Afroz Waqi‘at were also shared during the gathering. These moments made the event spiritually beneficial and helped remind members of the importance of faith, service, sacrifice and brotherhood.
The get-together served as a platform to bring members closer together and promote the values of Majlis Ansarullah in a practical and enjoyable way.
Food and Hospitality
Homemade food was served during the programme, including Channay, Eggs, Zarda, Naan and Drinks, which added warmth and hospitality to the gathering.
The food arrangements were kindly made by Muzaffar Ahmad Sahib and his team, including Muhammad Zahid Khan Sahib, Basharat Saeed Sahib and Iftikhar Ahmad Sahib. JazakAllah to them for their service and effort.
Setup and Wind-up
The setup and wind-up arrangements were carried out by Iftikhar Ahmad Sahib and Basharat Saeed Sahib. JazakAllah to them for their voluntary support and for helping ensure that the programme was arranged and concluded smoothly.
Marriage & Istikhara Prayers Program Online
On 23rd April 2026, Majlis Ansarullah UK organised online programme on Youtube, topic was Marriage and Istikhara Prayers.
Fajr Behind Huzoor (aba) – 29 March 2026
Alhamdulillāh, Ansar brothers had the blessed opportunity to offer Fajr prayer behind Huzoor (aba) on 29th March 2026. This spiritually uplifting experience strengthened their connection with Khilafat and congregational worship.
Salat Awareness Day (Weekly Reminder)
As part of ongoing Tarbiyyat efforts, a weekly reminder continued to be sent to all members, observing every Sunday as Salat Awareness Day. Members were encouraged to offer congregational prayers regularly and strengthen their connection with Salat.
Closing Remarks
Alhamdulillah, the Ansar Get-Together General Meeting was a successful and enjoyable programme. It provided a good opportunity for Ansar brothers to meet, discuss, strengthen brotherhood and spend beneficial time together.
The attendees were very happy with the gathering and expressed that such get-togethers should be organised in the future as well. InshaAllah, Majlis BF South will continue to plan similar programmes to promote unity, brotherhood, service and active participation among members.
