Majlis BF South Monthly General Meeting Report September 2025

Alhamdulillah, our majlis BF South held its combined General Meeting with BF South jamaat on Tuesday, 16th September 2025 at 8:00 PM via Zoom. The meeting was attended, with around 35 devices connected, and estimated number of listeners was 86 including approximately 28 Ansar’s brothers. The session focused on the importance of Tehreek-e-Jadid and Upcoming National Ansarullah Ijtema UK including several key updates and announcements.

Highlights of the Meeting:

  • Tilawat with English Translation was presented by Zarif Ahmad Sb.
  • Sadr Sahib introduced our guest speaker, Maulana Naseem Ahmad Bajwa Sahib, who delivered an insightful speech in Urdu and English on the spiritual significance and blessings of Tehreek-e-Jadid.

Demands of Tehrik e Jadid – Covered in the meeting

1. Lead simple lives.

2. Participate in spreading the message of Islam worldwide.

3. Dedicate their holidays from employment for the service of the Jamaat.

4. Dedicate their lives to serve Islam.

5. Dedicate during seasonal vacation, periods for the service of the Jamaat.

6. Offer their children for lifetime Waqf [devotion]

7. Pensioners/retired people to offer themselves for service of Jamaat.

8. Dedicate part of one’s income and property 9. Influential and learned Ahmadis to deliver lectures on the teachings of Islam.

10. Prepare counter arguments against the adverse propaganda.

11. Seek advice from the Jamaat when deciding about higher education and careers for children.

12. Develop the habit of manual labour.

13. Take up even petty jobs if unemployed.

14. Promote Islamic culture.

15. Promote honesty in the society.

16. Keep roads and pavements clean.

17. Protect women’s rights.

18. Build houses in Qadian if possible.

19. Offer special prayers to succeed in these undertakings.

Announcements:

  • Ijtema Announcements: Khuddam & Atfal Ijtema: 19–21 September 2025
    • Ansar & Lajna Ijtema: 26–28 September 2025
    • All members were encouraged to prioritise these dates and avoid other commitments during Ijtema days.
    • Chanda Ansarullah: Members were reminded to pay their Chanda. Current collection stands at 70%. The goal is to reach 80% by 21st September 2025 before Ijtema.
    • Cardiff Mosque Contribution: Members were reminded to fulfil their promises. Those who haven’t contributed yet were encouraged to do so whatever amount they can afford. JazakAllah to those who have already completed their commitments.
    • The meeting concluded with silent prayers led by Maulana Naseem Ahmad Bajwa Sahib.
