The National Isa’ar Forum took place on October 27, 2024, at Nasir Hall, Baitul Futuh, gathering members of Majlis Ansarullah UK for a day dedicated to spiritual enrichment and fellowship. The forum primarily catered to regions in South England, including:

The event saw an impressive attendance of 525 participants, supported by over 110 dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly to make the day a success.

Workshop on ‘The Golden Principles of a Balanced Life’

Dr. Ghazanfar Sheikh Sahib led an engaging workshop on maintaining a balanced lifestyle according to Islamic teachings, with an interactive format that encouraged questions and practical advice.

Urdu Speech on ‘Brotherhood and Companionship’

Maulana Naseer Ahmed Qamar Sahib delivered a speech on the importance of brotherhood and companionship, underscoring the values that bind the community together.

Interactive Session with Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK

  • An interactive session with Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib, Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, provided valuable guidance and included a Q&A segment to address various concerns and suggestions.

The final session featured closing remarks by Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad Sahib, who urged participants to continue their dedication to community service.

Event Logistics and Arrangements

The event’s logistics were expertly managed by the assigned regions:

  • Set-Up: Baitul Futuh region took care of arranging 56 tables for the dining area.
  • Catering Duties:
    • Cooking: The Tahir region prepared meals for the event.
    • Breakfast Serving: Bashir region handled breakfast service.
    • Lunch Serving: The lunch service was managed by the regions of Masroor, Baitul Ehsan, and Noor.
    • Wind-Up: Fazal and South regions coordinated the cleanup and wind-up tasks.

Menu

A variety of meals were served to attendees throughout the day:

  • Breakfast: Channay (chickpeas), boiled eggs, bread, jam, and tea.
  • Refreshment: Tea and biscuits were provided during the break.
  • Lunch: The lunch menu included chicken roast, lamb korma, vegetable rice, Zarda (sweet rice), naan, and soft drinks.

Meals were served at the tables to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all guests.

Volunteer Contributions

The event was made possible by the dedication of 110 volunteers who ensured smooth operations, from setting up and preparing food to serving meals and cleaning up afterward. Their efforts were integral to the forum’s success, allowing for a well-organized and enjoyable event. The success of the National Isa’ar Forum was made possible through the dedicated efforts of several volunteers who worked tirelessly day and night for weeks to ensure the event ran smoothly. Their hard work, planning, and commitment were instrumental in delivering a well-organized and spiritually uplifting program.

  • Qaid Isa’ar: Irfan Ahmed led the volunteer team, providing overall direction and coordination.
  • Shams Khan (Naib Qaid Isa’ar) & Adeel Yousuf : Played a key role in overseeing various aspects of the event including setup tasks, ensuring all arrangements were in place.
  • Hassan Ahmad (Naib Qaid Isa’ar) & Asim Ahmad and Waseem Janjua: Actively participated in organizing logistics. Led the efforts in cooking and serving, ensuring food was prepared and served on time.
  • Moonis Ahmad Nasir (Naib Qaid Isa’ar- Event Secretary): Coordinated event details, ensuring everything proceeded according to schedule.
  • Luqman Rasheed (Naib Qaid Isa’ar) and Safeer Ahmad: Managed registration and publicity, helping spread the word and facilitating smooth check-in procedures for attendees.
  • Adnan Wadood: Led the wind-up activities, ensuring the event venue was cleaned and restored afterward.
  • Tausif Butt: Oversaw the refreshments and breakfast service, making sure guests were well cared for.
  • Qamar Ahmad Sahib (Additional Qaid Isa’ar): Served as the head chef, leading the cooking team to prepare delicious meals for the attendees.

These dedicated individuals and many other volunteers contributed significantly to making the National Isa’ar Forum a memorable and impactful experience for all who attended.
