The West Midlands Taleem Seminar 2026 was held on 08 February 2026, following Zuhr and Asr prayers, with the seminar formally commencing at 2:50 PM after lunch. The programme began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, along with its English translation, by Rafi Ahmed Shahnawaz Sahib, setting a reflective and spiritually uplifting tone.

Ansar Pledge
This was followed by the Ansar Pledge, led by Respected Qaid Taleem Fazal Ahmad Tahir Sahib, during which all Ansar brothers stood and reaffirmed their commitment.



Importance of Taleem Presentation
Respected Qaid Taleem Fazal Ahmad Tahir Sahib presented a short video clip of Huzoor Aqdas Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba), highlighting the importance of studying the books of the Promised Messiah(as).


Following the clip, Respected Qaid Sahib delivered a focused and motivating address, emphasising the need for consistency in personal study, discipline in completing Taleem papers on time, and developing a genuine connection with the writings of the Promised Messiah(as) as a means of spiritual growth and guidance.


He further outlined:
- The importance of regular study of the books of the Promised Messiah (as)
- The Annual Taleem Plan
- The need to complete the allocated reading before submitting Taleem papers
Durood & Istighfar Presentation
The second presentation was delivered by Respected Shaikh Rafiq Ahmed Sahib on the significance of Durood and Istighfar in daily life. A short video clip of Huzoor Aqdas Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba) was also shown, highlighting their spiritual benefits.
Respected Shaikh Rafiq Ahmed Sahib delivered an engaging and spiritually enriching talk, explaining the practical importance of incorporating Durood and Istighfar into daily routines. He emphasised their role in seeking Allah’s mercy, strengthening faith, and attaining inner peace.

Addresses by Regional Leadership
Before the interactive session, Regional Ameer for Midlands, Respected Dr Azhar Siddiq Sahib, briefly addressed the gathering, reminding participants of the importance of continuous self-reformation, regular study, and strengthening one’s connection with Khilafat.

This was followed by remarks from Nazime’ Aala West Midlands Region, Respected Rafiq Saleh Nasir Sahib, who encouraged all Ansar brothers to implement the guidance shared actively, remain consistent in their efforts, and approach Taleem responsibilities with discipline and sincerity.


Interactive Session
A Question & Answer session followed, with active participation from 85 Ansar brothers present, allowing for clarification and deeper understanding of the topics presented.

Conclusion
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Nazime’ Aala Sahib, followed by closing remarks and a dua led by Qaid Sahib Taleem. The seminar formally ended at approximately 4:30 PM.



Summary
The Taleem Seminar was conducted in a well-organised and spiritually enriching manner. Participants benefited from practical guidance on strengthening their connection with the writings of the Promised Messiah (as) and incorporating Durood and Istighfar into daily life.
