Alhamdulillah, two Ansar had the opportunity to participate in a vibrant Eid celebration event hosted by Balfour Beatty. The gathering was organised by Nasir Munawwar Uddin Ahmad Sahib, who also serves as the President of Burton Jama’at.
The event welcomed over 180 guests from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds within the organisation. It was truly inspiring to witness the company’s commitment to celebrating diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues, learning more about various religious and cultural celebrations regularly observed within the company. The environment reflected openness, curiosity, and mutual respect.
This marked the third invitation to such an event, each proving to be a rewarding and enriching experience. A slideshow presentation was displayed throughout the gathering, offering insights into Eid and Ramadan. This prompted thoughtful discussions, with many attendees expressing interest and asking questions about Islamic practices and traditions.
The occasion was further enhanced by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where participants shared in the joy of Eid while building stronger community connections.
