Alhamdulillāh, by the grace of Allah the Almighty, Majlis BF South successfully organised a Taleem & Taleemul Quran Academics Competition on Sunday, 19th April 2026, after Zuhr prayers at Baitul Futuh Mosque.
The programme was chaired by Respected Sheikh Rafiq Ahmad Tahir Sahib, along with the Zaeem Majlis BF South. The proceedings commenced with Tilawat of the Holy Qur’an, along with its Urdu translation, presented by Attaul Munem Rashid Sahib. This was followed by an insightful speech in Urdu by Shakeel Ahmad Sahib, highlighting the importance of learning and understanding the Holy Qur’an in daily life.
Alhamdulillāh, a total of 20 Ansar brothers attended the event, out of which 11 participants actively took part in the quiz competitions.
The Taleem quiz comprised questions from the last two months’ Taleem papers. The questions were prepared by Muntazim Taleem, Muhammad Arif Langah Sahib. The Taleemul Quran quiz consisted of split-word Qur’anic translation questions. The questions were prepared by Muntazim Taleemul Quran, Zarif Ahmad Sahib. However, due to his absence (being out of the country), the competition was conducted on his behalf by Muntazim Amoomi, Shakeel Ahmad Sahib.
Alhamdulillāh, the overall standard of participation was very encouraging. Participants demonstrated strong preparation, with most answers being correct and only minor margins separating the positions.

- 3rd Position: Muzaffar Ahmad Sahib
Taleemul Quran Competition:
- 1st Position: Attaul Munem Rashid Sahib
- 2nd Position: Bashir Ahmad Akhtar Sahib
- 3rd Position: Qamar Ahmad Mirza Sahib & Ch. Naz Ahmad Nasir Sahib
Prizes in the form of books were distributed among the winners. The programme concluded with silent prayers.

Alhamdulillāh, the event proved beneficial for all attendees, promoting learning, engagement, and a deeper connection with religious knowledge. Insha’Allah, Majlis BF South aims to organise more such programmes in the future with increased participation.
Alhamdulillāh, an additional programme was also held during the month. A Qiadat Ta’leemul Quran Quarterly Meeting was conducted with Qaid Taleemul Quran, Naveed Uz Zafar Sahib, on Monday, 27th April 2026, via Zoom. The meeting focused on the quarter review, responsibilities regarding Taleemul Quran for the year, updates on upcoming events, preparation of the 1st Qiadat Taleemul Quran Week, and instructions from Qiadat Taleemul Quran. The progress of the last three months was reviewed, and yearly targets were also shared. Nazmeen-e-Ala, Zoama, and Muntazim Taleemul Quran attended and benefitted from the meeting.
