On 15 June 2026, three Baitulfutuh Ansarullah members visited the Morden branch of Wimbledon Guild, one of the UK’s leading charitable organizations. The purpose of the visit was to introduce the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, provide information about its beliefs, values, and humanitarian work, and extend an invitation to visit Baitul Futuh Mosque.
We discussed areas of mutual interest and potential collaboration in serving the local community. We focused on supporting asylum seekers and refugees by raising awareness of the services, guidance, and assistance available to them. We also discussed the possibility of organizing workshops for carers, focusing on practical ways to provide effective care and support for elderly people and helping carers better understand the challenges faced by those they look after.
In addition, we agreed to seek approval from the National Welfare Department to host an information and leafleting stall at Baitul Futuh Mosque, particularly after Friday prayers. The stall will aim to raise awareness of the services and support available through both organizations and to engage with members of the local community.
At the conclusion of the visit, we presented copies of the Holy Qur’an, a selection of Jmaat literature leaflets, and a box of chocolates to the Wimbledon Guild staff as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation.
